Susie’s information on sushi today is really pertinent for me as there’s a sushi shop that we use A LOT in our local shopping centre. I’d been meaning to find out what exactly sushi means in terms of protein and carbs.
I’m into upping my protein, but I need to give the boys plenty carbs especially before sports training. Susie has a wee table in this week’s newsletter which sets out exactly who needs to eat what.
