I did an accelerator day yesterday, well, my version of it anyway.

But I ought to do them more as I really love eating this kind of food.

Breakfast: Ingredients for a big two-egg, and egg white and veggie omelette.

Snack: jerky, a great workout for the jaws!

Lunch: vast quantities of tuna salad

Afternoon tea: late and on the run, kept it simple

The salad made for dinner, rocket, fresh herbs, tomatoes and heaps of avocado.

Pre-dinner snack: a few of these bocconcini

Dinner: lots of kangaroo on a (king size) bed of salad, splash of dressing

All washed down by gallons of tea throughout the day

I think I ate quite a lot, so not sure how much this would contribute to weight loss.
But I tell you what, I feel fantastic this morning!

I’ve not heard of an accelerator day before. Is the idea to just eat whole foods for the day? Because your food looks yummy!

Also, does it mean no coffee? Because that could be a deal breaker for me ;)
